Casa Minana has been around forever apparently, and is a local favorite. After trying their food, it's my new favorite as well. The food was excellent, restaurant was quaint and very clean, and service was on point. Also,as an added and important note, the majority of Mexican restaurants in Santa Maria only serve Agave wine margaritas. So far, Casa Minana is the only Mexican restaurant that I have found in Santa Maria that has actual tequila and great margaritas! ”
